Community Room

We have Audio Visual Equipment!!

Our Community Room was constructed in 2002 to provide a quality facility for Richardson’s
community groups, non-profit organizations, dinners, banquets and other worthwhile uses. It is
rented for a very modest fee to enable even very small groups to have an attractive place to
meet. We are committed to the Richardson community and providing the room is just another
way of encouraging civic involvement in Richardson.

The facility is adjacent to the Motor Bank at 429 Belle Grove in Richardson (see map on our
Locations page) which is located between the U.S. Post Office and the Richardson Chamber of
Commerce. The facility consists of a reception area, a large meeting room, a small commercial
catering kitchen and separate men’s and women’s restrooms. There are eighty-four chairs and
several different types of tables that can be set up for as many as eighty-four people in an
auditorium type setting, thirty-two people in a seminar type setting or sixty people in a seated
lunch or dinner type setting.

The catering kitchen contains a full size commercial refrigerator/freezer, commercial gas
stove/oven, commercial microwave, and commercial dishwasher. The kitchen can
adequately handle a catered meal for up to sixty people. The commercial dishwasher with its 3-
minute wash cycle will make clean up a breeze.

We are very proud of our first class facility and we want to ensure that we can satisfy the needs
of our community here in Richardson.
